Air Conditioning Training

Air Conditioning Training Centre

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Courses came into popular demand in 2007 when the government announced the F-Gas Regulations, making it illegal for any unqualified person to handle refrigerant gasses.  The F-Gas Regulations came into force 4th of July 2011 and here at Cooleasy we are dedicated to consistantly providing a high level of training to get engineers up to EU safety, environmental and legal standards.  The refrigeration and air conditioning courses (sometimes called fridge courses) that we offer are approved by CITB and bring engineers into compliance with the F-Gas Regulations.

Our training facilities are in Bridgend, South Wales.  Providing training on four purpose built training rigs, allowing us to give the highest possible standard of training to every single candidate that comes onto our course, we only run courses with less than 8 candidates and the courses are tailored around the people on the course that week, there are no strict timings to the course and every topic is covered in plenty of detail.  We are proud to have a pass rate of over 95%, although we are not suggesting the course is easy, as long as you are focused on the course, there should be no problem with passing.

The F-Gas Certification was split into 4 different categories, category 4 being the lowest and category 1 being the most advanced.  We only offer the top two levels of refrigeration certification as we beleive these are the two most important levels of refrigeration qualification.  In addition to courses teaching the F Gas regulations, we also offer an air conditioning and refrigeration course which is designed to give people an introduction to the industry, plumbers and electricians who are looking to learn a bit of background knowledge about air conditioning, large scale refrigeration or a single fridge.  Courses run regularly and we are happy to take company bookings.
