 Ceiling mounted AC units / heat pumps comprises of two elements - an evaporator fitted internally and a condenser placed outside. The internal unit of the office air conditioning / heat pump is fitted to a metal mounting plate on a wall in the room to be cooled or heated. The office air conditioning external unit is situated outside the building, and can be wall mounted on brackets, or placed at ground level or on a flat roof. The two units of the heating and air conditioning are connected using copper pipe. The external unit, or condenser, pumps heat from the room and dissipates it outside, along with any condensation that's built-up in the system, whilst the internal unit provides heating and air conditioning, depending on the time of year.

Warranty Info:
The unit comes with a 1 year RTB warranty where any faulty
parts will be replaced. All items are guaranteed to be as
described and as such all sales are final. Should your purchase
have any damage, defect or discrepancy, it is the buyer's
responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. The
item will be either replaced or replacement parts supplied
at our cost.
We will require all packaging to be retained for damage claims,
and you must sign 'damaged' on delivery paperwork or it is
not possible to claim.
Shipping Info:
Goods will be dispatched for delivery in the UK within 72 hours
after receipt of cleared funds and the cost is included in
the price.
