Deliveries
All deliveries unless advised otherwise in writing MUST be opened (de-boxed) in front of the driver prior to signing for the goods, and inspected for damage. If any damage is found it MUST be signed for as "damaged". If this procedure is not followed you will NOT be insured for any loss. All damage claims MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery Timescales
Timescales are dependent on the product, but for the majority of items we send on a next working day delivery. If we can't get it sent on a next working day delivery, then standard delivery is up to 5 working days. Other than small items and accessories we will contact you to confirm the delivery date to ensure you will be available to receive delivery.
For systems containing FGAS refrigerants, we will need details of the installation engineer and to confirm these with the engineer before we can proceed with the item(s) delivery.
Orders can be sent the same day if placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and we have confirmed that the next-working day is suitable with you via phone or email.
For urgent next-working day deliveries please place your order online and contact us to ensure we can verify the delivery day swiftly and organise shipping.
Deliveries will be between 8.30am and 6pm and we request that you are available at those times, otherwise the order will be returned and we may have to issue a non-delivery fee.
Lightweight/low value items are normally despatched on a next working day courier service, and we can offer a 2-hour delivery slot text message on the day.
Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements eg delivery via tail lift vehicles, weekend deliveries, timed deliveries, unpaved or narrow pathways etc.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is for UK mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands, and Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands this includes but is not limited to G83, G84, IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA38, PA41-PA78, PH17-44, PH49, PH50, HS1-9, TR21-25, ZE1-3 if you are in any doubt then please call prior to ordering as there will be a surcharge to your order. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any orders for shipment into Scotland.
Delivery into northern Ireland is NOT included in our Free Delivery service.
Any delivery required for a BT postcode, is subject to additional fees and processing time.
