We aim to dispatch orders on a next-working day pallet delivery, once we have received the FGAS details of your installation engineer, and then verified those details with the engineer. The required information is sent once we have received your order online. We will then confirm with you a convenient delivery date to ensure you can take delivery of the item.
This can be done on the same day if orders are placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and we have confirmation of all the above details.
Deliveries will be between 8.30am and 6pm and we request that you are available at those times, otherwise the order will be returned and we may have to issue a non-delivery fee.
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any accessories included, and include all the original packaging.

Auto Clean
The Auto Clean functionality enables cleaning of the heat exchanges any time after you turn off the unit. This function automatically dries the Heat Exchanger using a 3 step process and prevents the build-up of bacteria and odours. It can easily be enabled or disabled with the click of the remote controller.
Easy Filter Plus
Unlike conventional filters that may be difficult to access the Easy Filter Plus is located externally on the top of the unit. This means it can be easily removed and cleaned without needing to open a cover or pull hard on it. Thanks to the filter’s dense mesh it’s very effective at capturing dust and therefore keeping the Heat Exchanger clean and working efficiently. The special coating on the filter helps protect residents from certain airborne contaminants.
WiFi Control
Temperatures in your building can be managed remotely using the SmartThings App. Turning it on and off, selecting the cooling mode, scheduling its operation or monitoring the power consumption is just one touch away. The Bixby 2.0 Artificial Intelligence (AI) system analyses and predicts your needs so it can suggest the best settings for inside your home.
